R&D TEAM
Research and development department is the core department in our company. Up to now, our company has owned four patents. Meanwhile, our R&D team has over 10 years’ experience in the air filtration field. So far, our company has had a long-term cooperation with OEM factories, working together on hundreds of vacuum systems. Moreover, the R&D department not only needs to put customers’ ideas into practice but also responds to market changes to meet customers’ needs.
MANAGEMENT
Our company obtains ISO9001 quality management system certification and maintains its validity through annual surveillance audits. Besides, our company ensures annual compliance with BSCI standards and passes the annual surveillance audit. In the meantime, The ERP and SOP systems are applied in the daily management of our company. Meanwhile, our company is committed to applying automated and semi-automated equipment for manufacturing parts. In summary, the goal of our company’s management system in recent years is to pursue digital management.
QUALITY CONTROL
Our quality control department conducts lQC and OQC for incoming materials and outgoing products respectively and carries out regular and irregular inspections during the production process. In addition, we also perform regular management of equipment, including equipment maintenance and repair, to ensure product quality and production delivery schedules. Our company has at least 15 measuring tools, including efficiency testers, hardness testers, thickness gauges, air permeability instruments, bursting strength instruments, etc., to support the quality control department in quality
inspection.
